Delivery & Returns

COVID-19 Update

Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, dispatch dates on some of our products may be delayed beyond the date we specified on the website at time of purchase.

Our manufacturers and delivery partners are complying with current health and safety guidelines to protect their staff and workplaces. These measures have led to a significant reduction in the size of working teams. This ultimately delays delivery into our warehouses and to our customers.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but please be assured that we are working hard to get orders out as soon as possible. We will be in touch via email if your order has been affected.

Delivery costs & timescales

Rachel Melvin Mugs

The delivery cost of mugs is included in the price of the mug. These are fragile items and will be well packed.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery of in-stock items is expected within 3-5 working days, via one of our couriers.

Standard Delivery is free on all orders over £50.
On orders under £50, delivery will be charged at £7.20

Standard Plus Delivery

Oversized or fragile items will again be sent via a trusted courier, however these may take up to 7 working days for delivery.

Standard Plus delivery is free on all orders over £50.
On orders under £50, delivery will be charged at £18.00

Furniture, large Items and 2-man Delivery

Certain products require larger delivery requirements. This may include a 2-man delivery service.

Medium delivery – £30
Large delivery – £48
2-Man deliveries – £60
These deliveries are based on weight.

All two-man delivery orders will be collected from our warehouse on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at which point our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a delivery time that suits you.

We are currently experiencing a two week delivery time from time of order.

Please ensure that you provide us with correct contact details so that we can pass this onto the delivery provider.


We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, please note that we can only accept returns if;
a) Your order arrives in a damaged condition
b) We have sent the wrong item

We regret that we cannot accept returns for any other reason.
